They managed to outwit the trouble of missing a proper license when judge Quirino bought 75percent of the shares of the Bolinao Stocks. But the creator or the father of Filipino Television still remained its operator, who became the manager of the Bolinao Broadcasting Corporation, which later was renamed to Alta Broadcasting.
The launching of The Philippines' first TV station was generously attended by general Samoff, the president of Radio Corporation of Online America. On station DZAQ, channel 3 was the first televised channel.
